Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a high-performing, analytical, and collaborative individual looking to grow their impact in a dynamic, global environment.

As a Corporate Strategy Manager, reporting to the Group Director of Corporate Strategy, you will own strategy projects end-to-end - shaping questions, driving analysis, and delivering recommendations to the CEO, ExCo and Board of Directors directly informing senior decision-making. You will lead high-impact projects across strategic planning, market and competitive analysis, and M&A, applying judgement to ambiguous problems and ensuring outputs meet a consistently high quality bar. You will be expected to operate as a trusted thought partner to senior stakeholders, manage delivery through others, and uphold rigorous standards for insight, analysis, and communication in a highly visible environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable delivering clear, concise insights and presenting strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own delivery of discrete strategic projects from problem definition through to CEO-ready recommendation

  • Lead market, customer, and competitive analyses to produce clear, decision-relevant insight

  • Develop and quality-control executive-level materials for Board and ExCo audiences

  • Build and review robust financial models and business cases to support investment and portfolio decisions

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional inputs across Finance, Product, Technology, and Commercial teams

  • Drive M&A and partnership evaluations, including strategic rationale, valuation analysis, and executive recommendation

  • Manage multiple concurrent priorities, ensuring nothing drops on quality, pace, or ownership

  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders through consistent delivery and sound judgement

  • Coach and develop Associates, setting high standards and building long-term capability in the team

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of experience in corporate strategy, strategic consulting, investment banking, or related fields.
  • A track record of delivering high-impact work in demanding, fast-paced environments. Ability to own and deliver complex workstreams end-to-end, including problem framing, analysis, and executive-level communication
  • Strong executive communication skills, written and verbal. Proven track record of producing CEO / Board-level materials that influence real decisions.
  • Strong commercial judgement and ability to operate with limited direction in ambiguous environments
  • Experience building and reviewing robust financial models and strategic business cases
  • Ability to lead work through others and maintain high-quality standards across team output, with demonstrated ability to set quality standards for others, not just meet them personally
  • Credibility working with senior stakeholders and influencing across functions
  • High learning velocity and intellectual curiosity
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA / MSc / Computer Science / Engineering) preferred
