The Position:
FanDuel Sports Network is looking for a Coordinator, Teams Marketing to add to our roster. Reporting to the Director, Teams Marketing this role you will play a key role in executing campaigns across MLB, NBA, NHL, and other league partnerships. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for analysis and sports entertainment.

This is a hybrid position and will be based in New York, NY.

The Game Plan:
(What you will do)

  • Creative Services Coordination: Support creative asset request process, serving as a key liaison between corporate and regional marketing verticals to streamline collaboration while maintaining brand consistency across all deliverables.
  • Regional Team Collaboration: Serve as a point of contact for regional marketing teams, assisting in the dissemination of best practices and providing support for Team-related initiatives.
  • Performance Tracking: Lead the creation and delivery of Teams Marketing (UTM) tracking links, collecting detailed parameters for Team partner tactics and providing timely deliveries to support deployment schedules. Additionally, support the analysis and reporting of Team campaigns, identifying insights and trends to optimize results and help inform strategy.
  • Campaign Development Support: Provide support for the planning, execution, and reporting of Team-specific marketing campaigns, including Team-owned offers, promoting streaming.
  • Project & Asset Management: Manage and organize Teams Marketing assets, trackers, timelines, and documents. This includes a full Teams Marketing creative catalogue, tracking of Team tactical impressions and internal budgets, slide deck development and housing and distribution of relevant information cross-functionally.
  • Team & Player Tracking: Track and provide weekly updates on distinct Team attributes, Team performance, notable player news and “big moments” across suite of FDSN Teams.
  • Cultural & League Insights: Provide weekly updates on socially relevant moments, trends, and competitor campaigns, leveraging sports knowledge and research to identify potential marketing opportunities and inspire innovative initiatives.

The Stats:
(What to bring)

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, sports management, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or a related role (sports marketing experience preferred).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and hit deadlines.
  • Ability to deliver clear and concise communication, as well as active listening, to work effectively with corporate and regional teams.
  • Experience with data reporting and strong attention to detail.
  • Strong interest in sports marketing and the sports industry.
  • A collaborative, enthusiastic attitude, and a desire to grow within a dynamic, fast-paced team.

The Company is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation range for this role is $20 - $26/hour. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates’ relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
