  • Own approach to resourcing individual projects; from individual contributors / SME support to forming broader virtual squads from across different teams (TA and beyond)

  • Act as the primary point of contact for new change requests from the business, People Partnering teams or other People Centres of Excellence where TA input or involvement is required

  • Develop clear metrics, OKRs and dashboards to track progress and impact of TA change activity; communicating successes, lessons learnt and future changes

  • Work closely with Data SMEs to form data-driven TA insights; highlighting key issues or opportunities to inform future CI activity across the function

Experience Required:

  • Proven background in continuous improvement, transformation, or project management, ideally within HR or TA environment

  • Experience of leading a range of different projects; from small, quick fixes to large scale complex programmes of change

  • Ideally, possess knowledge of complementary change or CI methodologies such as Six Sigma, Agile, Design Thinking or Kaizen

  • Well versed in delivering change through technology platforms (preferably HR or TA), automation and process digitisation

  • Experience leading stakeholder buy-in and engagement in complex, fast-paced organisations

Capabilities & Behaviours:

  • Excellent project management and planning skills; able to manage multiple projects, priorities and stakeholders simultaneously

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills; able to engage and influence at all levels

  • Collaborative, with a track record of stakeholder management; building trusted relationships across different functions, senior leadership and external partners

  • Data-driven mindset, with ability to measure outcomes, track benefits and report progress clearly

  • Resilient and adaptable, able to work effectively in ambiguous and changing environments

  • Passionate about innovation, problem-solving, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement
