AGS is a multi-vertical affiliate and performance marketing conference platform. Our flagship
event takes place in Rome, bringing together operators, affiliates, media buyers, SaaS
providers, and infrastructure leaders across high-growth verticals.

Role Overview
We’re looking for a Content Writer who understands the affiliate and performance marketing
ecosystem and can translate complex industries into clear, engaging, and
conversion-focused content. You’ll play a key role in shaping how AGS communicates its
value — to affiliates, advertisers, sponsors, and partners — across web, email, social, and
event marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities
● Write and edit high-quality content for the AGS platform, including:
○ Website pages (event, verticals, partners, speakers)
○ Conference coverage, event promotion, thought leadership, and industry
explainers
○ Email campaigns (attendee, sponsor, and partner communications)
○ Social media content and promotional copy
○ Sales and sponsorship materials
● Develop content tailored to AGS’s core verticals, including:
○ E-commerce & DTC
○ Lead Generation
○ Finance & Fintech
○ Nutra & Health
○ Dating & Social
○ Mobile Apps & Utilities
○ SaaS & B2B
○ Education & Online Services
○ Travel & Lifestyle
○ Sweepstakes & Incentive Offers
● Create messaging that supports performance & infrastructure sectors, such as:
○ Media Buying & Traffic Acquisition
○ Fintech & Payments
○ SaaS, AI & Automation
○ Compliance & Legal
○ Digital Services & B2B Solutions
● Maintain a consistent AGS brand voice: confident, business-focused, and
outcome-driven
● Collaborate with marketing, partnerships, and event teams to support campaign
goals
● Optimize content for SEO, readability, and conversion where required
● Stay informed on affiliate marketing trends, terminology, and regulations

Requirements
● Experience in the content creation industry
● Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, lead generation, or digital performance
ecosystems
● Excellent English writing, editing, and proofreading skills
● Comfortable working with deadlines and multiple content streams

Nice to Have
● Experience in affiliate conferences, expos, or industry media
● SEO writing experience
● Experience writing content that supports events, conferences is a strong plus
● Basic understanding of compliance and regulatory considerations in performance
marketing
