The role will be reporting into the Head of Content Growth, you will work closely with the Flutter UKI content team, brand-led Commercial and Marketing functions, and our centralised BI and Customer Insights teams. You will also be a key partner for our 3rd Party content suppliers
What you’ll do
As Content Performance & Insights manager you will be responsible for optimising the performance of our content using data to drive player engagement, retention, and revenue across our brands
You will lead the Performance and Insights function within the Content Growth team to deliver ambitious goals
You will leverage data insights, industry trends, and player feedback to assess game performance and guide strategies to enhance player experiences and maximise profit
You will be responsible for delivering insights and analysis that will drive decisions across the Content team and wider Gaming business, including being responsible for our Content Experimentation roadmap to deliver truly data-driven outcomes for our customers
You will handle the prioritisation and delivery of regular and ad hoc reporting for Gaming stakeholders across the Flutter UKI brands
You will also have 2 direct reports as part of this role, focussing on personalisation, customer insights and game performance.
This is a fast-paced role in a new and dynamic team, which will drive growth through identifying strategic opportunities for existing and new content across the brands
How you’ll do it
Previous experience and knowledge of online gaming is essential for this role
A background in an analytics or BI role is crucial
Strong experience in Looker and PowerBI tools
Redshift experience is desirable
Previous experience in leading a team
Strategy or research background is desirable
