The Crown Is Yours

As a Content Marketing Specialist, Gaming Operations, you’ll power the engine behind our casino game launches and help bring new experiences to life for players. You’ll sit at the center of a fast-moving ecosystem, connecting 45+ gaming vendors with our internal Marketing and Operations Teams to ensure every launch is positioned, promoted, and executed with precision. In this role, you’ll turn complexity into clarity—organizing assets, aligning stakeholders, and keeping a high-volume launch calendar on track. Your work will directly shape how our iGaming portfolio shows up in the market, with the opportunity to expand into a broader marketing strategy over time.

What you’ll do

  • Own and coordinate the end-to-end marketing workflow for new casino game launches, partnering with external vendors and internal teams to bring each release to market seamlessly.
  • Secure and organize creative assets, promotional materials, and key game details while ensuring alignment across the Marketing, Lobby, Creative, and Operations Teams.
  • Manage timelines, track deliverables, and proactively resolve gaps to keep a high-volume launch calendar on schedule.
  • Stay deeply informed on casino game content, industry trends, and vendor offerings so you can navigate this space confidently and provide context that strengthens go-to-market execution.
  • Lead and contribute to cross-functional and vendor meetings to drive clarity, accountability, and executional excellence.
  • Build and refine tracking systems and scalable workflows that increase visibility, efficiency, and speed to market, including leveraging artificial intelligence and automation tools.

What you’ll bring

  • At least 4 years of experience in marketing, content marketing, gaming operations, or a related field, preferably within casino or iGaming environments.
  • Experience collaborating with gaming vendors such as Light & Wonder, IGT, Aristocrat, or similar partners is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to operate independently and build structure where it does not yet exist.
  • Clear and confident communication skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders and external partners.
  • An analytical, data-driven mindset and proficiency with collaboration and workflow tools such as Google Workspace; familiarity with artificial intelligence tools for creative or process optimization is a plus.
