Playtech Managed Services is looking for a proactive Compliance Officer with excellent regulatory expertise and attention to detail.

Job Description

Your influential mission. You will...

  • Monitor and track regulatory updates across Europe, Latin America, Africa, and Asia.
  • Prepare clear summaries of main regulatory changes.
  • Manage translations with agencies when documentation is not in English.
  • Review updates and communicate them to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist with follow‑up questions to ensure accurate interpretation of requirements.
  • Conduct licensing due diligence reviews for licenses that can be verified on public registers.
  • Manage the games register by ensuring all new games are registered promptly after certification.
  • Confirm registrations with product teams.
  • Prepare and submit game declarations for director’s signatures.
  • Prepare and submit regulatory filings and reports accurately and on time.
  • Support Product Compliance and Compliance Managers with ad‑hoc tasks.

  • Possess a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance processes, with the ability to interpret complex requirements. 
  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in filings, registers, and documentation.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders across multiple regions and cultures.
  • Manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Show initiative by anticipating compliance risks and proposing practical solutions.
  • Thrive in dynamic environments, balancing structured responsibilities with ad‑hoc tasks.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Compliance and Compliance Managers to ensure continuous improvement.
