ENTER THE GAME ๐ŸŽฎ

You will join the Social Media team (6 people) and report to the Social Media Manager France. The Sports & Poker Community Manager is responsible for implementing the Social Media strategy through the daily management of social networks, live coverage of sports events, and handling creative operations. You will also be responsible for the operational management and integration of Poker into daily communications.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC ๐Ÿ”ฅ

In this role, your main missions will be:

Community Management

  • You take part in the daily management of social networks (X, TikTok, Instagram, Threads, Facebook).
  • You participate in live-tweeting and on-call duties for the Social Media team.
  • You are the operational lead for Poker communications within the Social Media team.
  • You are responsible for managing and developing the Poker Discord server.
  • You moderate conversations on social networks (X, Instagram, TikTok) through private messages and comments.
  • You ensure the daily moderation of comments on the Apple Store & Google Play.

Project Management

  • You coordinate project management with the Poker team.
  • You develop creative Social Media campaigns.
  • You set up and manage special operations with the Partnerships team.

Monitoring & KPIs

  • You track and analyze our KPIs across various social networks in France.
  • You monitor and identify current events and emerging social networks.
  • You follow trends and new features that could benefit our company.


WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? ๐Ÿ”

We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm!

This job is for you if:

  • You hold a Master's degree (BAC+5) with a specialization in Communication / Social Media.
  • You have a strong passion for sports and knowledge of sports betting / Poker.
  • You already have some experience as a Community Manager.
  • You possess solid knowledge of the Social Media landscape in general.
  • You have impeccable written communication skills.
  • You are proficient in using Social Media management and analytics tools (Social Media KPI tracking, Meta Business Suite, Emplifi, Talkwalker, etc.).
  • You have skills in Photoshop.
  • You are fluent in English.
  • A good understanding of advertising and creativity is a plus.
  • Finally, you have excellent integration and adaptation skills within a team!

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS? ๐Ÿ“

If your application is shortlisted, Clรฉmence will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).

Next, you will meet Maxime - Manager Social Media France, your future manager

We will ask you to complete a use case and then present it to Maxime & Antoine - Head of Marketing Communications France

    Finally, Clรฉmence will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.

    The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
