Product Madness is looking for a Community Coordinator to join our new NFL mobile game team in Montreal. If you’re experienced, organized, and ready to lead social media scheduling and community engagement for an NFL-focused social casino game, we want to meet you! What You’ll Do
Monitor and engage with our community across Facebook, VIP Facebook Group, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok
Schedule social media posts and video content across multiple channels
Build reward links for each social post
Assist with filming, editing, and publishing TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and Facebook Reels
Schedule push notifications for iOS and Android players
Segment audiences for targeted push notifications
Build performance reports for posts and campaigns
Collaborate closely with the Community Manager on social and community initiatives
What We’re Looking For
2-4 years of experience in mobile gaming as a Community Coordinator or similar role
Fluency in English with excellent written communication skills
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and standard processes
Creative, curious, and able to think creatively
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret community metrics
Experience with social casino or sports gaming communities is a strong plus
