Job Description

As a Communications Coordinator, you will support in the delivery of new automated marketing and transactional communications, as well as the maintenance of existing communication used by the Business.

As part of the Marketing Delivery team, you'll handle both transactional and marketing communications.

Your responsibilities will include delivering new automated communications and updating existing messages, guaranteeing their accuracy for our diverse, global customer base.

You will take ownership of assigned tasks, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure projects are completed on time, with all necessary testing finalised.

Qualifications

  • Keen eye for detail, with the capacity to work quickly and accurately to tight deadlines.
  • Proven ability to adapt to changing requirements at short notice.
  • Exceptional organisation skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to learn and work with a range of internal and third-party marketing software programmes.
  • Basic HTML knowledge.

Additional Information

  • Creating and maintaining required customer communications.
  • Liaising with other marketing teams to ensure content is created and processed in line with agreed deadlines.
  • Testing customer communications in order to quality control and safeguard against errors.
  • Assisting in the creation of processes to ensure a high standard of output is consistently maintained.
