Your role in action

Reporting to our Communications Lead, you will be a communications allrounder who helps shape clear external and employee communications for our business. You will play a key role in creating content that informs, engages and promotes the Tabcorp story to key audiences.

• You’ll be a talented writer with an eye for a story to tell our audiences.  
• Partner with business units to draft communications and promote key talent externally. 
• Partner with leaders to deliver communication campaigns and initiatives.
• Provide advice that supports consistent, purpose‑aligned messaging.
• Track communication performance and share insights to improve engagement.
• Manage our internal intranet platform and contribute to content development, focusing on video

What you'll need to succeed

You are a natural communicator with strong organisational skills, critical thinking, creative flair and the confidence to bring stories to life. You thrive in fast‑paced environments and bring curiosity and innovation to everything you do.

• Significant experience creating written and visual content for diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills across written, visual and verbal formats.
• Experience working in the media or in a corporate communications team.
• Ability to develop engaging, purpose‑led content that connects people.
• Strong digital capability across intranet publishing and social media content.
• A curious mindset with an innovative approach to storytelling.
