Description
High-visibility role working closely with executive management, supporting the day-to-day commercial operations of the company
Responsibilities
- Support the preparation of presentations, updates, and research based on assigned tasks
- Assist with reports and board presentation materials
- Assist in deal management processes, ensuring proper follow-ups and internal alignment
- Maintain CRM accuracy and clarity, keeping all records up to date
- Handle daily operational tasks assigned by the Chief Sales & Partner Management Officer and the CEO
- Support expo preparations, including outreach to potential and existing partners and meeting coordination
- Assist with basic sales-related tasks and follow-ups when needed
- Follow up with Finance/Billing teams on invoices and act as a coordination point between Finance and Commercial
- Act as a coordination point between Sales, Partner Management, and internal teams (Tech, Legal, Finance)
- Maintain and update internal trackers and reporting files
- Support weekly and monthly reporting (pipeline, revenue, partner performance)
- Follow up on tasks, track progress, and escalate delays when needed
- Ensure continuity of tasks and coordination when the CEO and/or Chief Sales & Partner Management Officer are absent
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar, coordination, or operational role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent knowledge of English and Russian languages
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and CRM systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow up on tasks independently
- Experience in iGaming, tech, or B2B environments is a plus
