We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead the commercial strategy and growth of our sportsbook product.
The ideal candidate combines deep technical understanding of sportsbook data feeds with a strong commercial and negotiation mindset, capable of driving revenue growth, optimizing pricing models, and building long-term strategic partnerships in regulated and emerging markets.
This is a senior-level position requiring at least 5 years of relevant experience in sportsbook, betting technology, or sports data environments.
Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Sportsbook product.

Define and optimize pricing models (revenue share, fixed fee, hybrid, tiered structures).

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in regulated and emerging markets.

Drive upselling and cross-selling of sportsbook data and feed services.

Lead commercial negotiations with B2B operators, platform providers, aggregators, and data suppliers.

Manage contractual agreements, ensuring alignment with company revenue targets and risk appetite.

Oversee the commercial performance of pre-match and live odds feeds, trading data, and related sportsbook services.

Collaborate closely with Trading, Product, and Technical teams to ensure feed quality, uptime, latency standards, and data accuracy.

Evaluate and negotiate agreements with third-party sports data providers.

Conduct market and competitor analysis to benchmark pricing, margins, and feed performance.

Monitor sportsbook industry trends and identify opportunities for product and revenue optimization.

Act as the commercial liaison between internal teams and external partners.

Prepare commercial forecasts, revenue reports, and performance analyses.
Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years of experience in sportsbook, betting technology, or sports data industry.

Proven experience in a commercial, business development, or feed-related management role.

Strong understanding of sportsbook odds compilation, pre-match and live trading environments.

Solid knowledge of sportsbook data feeds, API integrations, latency requirements, and uptime standards.

Understanding of margin management, risk exposure logic, and trading performance metrics.

Experience working with international markets; regulated markets experience is a strong advantage.
