ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Games Specialist to serve as the bridge between our products and both internal and external stakeholders. This role involves showcasing our games, gathering and analyzing feedback, and working closely with the product and development teams to ensure our games meet the highest standards of quality and engagement.
 
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • Game Demos: Present and demo games to internal teams, clients, and partners, clearly explaining key features, mechanics, and differentiators.
  • Client Engagement: Build relationships with clients, understanding their preferences, needs, and challenges related to game content and functionality.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather structured feedback from clients, partners, and internal stakeholders; consolidate insights to help guide product improvements and future development.
  • Collaboration with Product Teams: Liaise with the game development and product teams to relay feedback, propose enhancements, and ensure alignment between market needs and product features.
  • Market & Trend Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and player behavior to contribute insights that drive innovation and competitiveness.
  • Market Knowledge: Be aware of what content works best for the different markets, so you can tailor your demos and approach when presenting to different customers.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team in client meetings and presentations by effectively demonstrating games and articulating their unique selling points.
  • Continuous Improvement: Recommend and help implement new ideas to enhance player experience and engagement.
  • Perform other related tasks as required within the scope of the role.
 
WHAT WE ASK OF YOU
  • Strong knowledge of game mechanics, player engagement principles, and user experience.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences.
  • Collaborative mindset, comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with a passion for gaming and innovation.
  • Previous experience in game production, product management, or a similar client-facing role is a plus.
