Purpose of the role:

As a Commercial Executive, you will support Senior Commercial Manager and the Performance and Media Lead with the delivery of acquisition campaigns and promotional activity across BetVictor UK, Ireland and Parimatch UK. 
You will play a key role in ensuring welcome offers, customer journeys and campaign assets are delivered to a high standard, helping to drive new customer acquisition while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the execution and delivery of acquisition campaigns across multiple brands and markets.
• Managing the setup and delivery of welcome offers, ensuring all promotions are launched accurately and on time.
• Testing and reviewing new customer journeys to identify issues and opportunities to improve the customer experience and conversion rates.
• Collaborating closely with Product and Customer Experience teams to optimise onboarding journeys and campaign performance.
• Coordinating with Creative teams to brief, review and deliver campaign assets that meet business objectives and deadlines.
• Ensuring all customer-facing communications, promotions and marketing materials comply with regulatory requirements and internal approval processes.
• Monitoring campaign delivery and highlighting any risks, issues or improvements to stakeholders.
• Maintaining high standards of accuracy, organisation and attention to detail across all acquisition activities.

 
Skills & Experience:

• Experience in the gaming industry, particularly within Sportsbook or Casino promotions, is highly desirable.
• Understanding of acquisition marketing and promotional campaign delivery.
• Awareness of compliance and regulatory requirements within the gaming industry.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
• Proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to identify issues and drive improvements.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
