The Commercial Assistant will support the Chief Commercial Officer of SiGMA Group across high-priority administrative, commercial, and operational tasks. This role requires exceptional organisational discipline, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with absolute professionalism. The assistant will act as a central support pillar for coordination, documentation, reporting, and day-to-day workflow management.

 

  • Attend meetings with the CCO, help with daily schedule, meetings, calls, travel, and calendar priorities.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring documents, and follow-ups are prepared.
  • Maintain structured filing systems (digital), ensuring information is always accessible.
  • Commercial Data Management
  • Create, update, and optimise spreadsheets for:
    • Commercial pipelines
    • Sponsor & exhibitor tracking
    • Budget monitoring
    • Event-specific operational trackers
    • Performance dashboards
  • Build formulas, pivot tables, conditional logic, lookup functions, and structured reporting tools.
  • Turn raw data into clean, actionable summaries for executive decision-making.

 

Project Coordination

  • Assist with coordination between Sales, Marketing, Events, and Operations.
  • Track deadlines, deliverables, and follow-ups across multiple departments.
  • Maintain updated status reports and circulate weekly summaries to the CCO.
  • Ensure tasks assigned by the CCO are executed and closed promptly by responsible teams.


Event Support & Logistics

  • Participate in planning for international expos and summits.
  • Support the CCO with travel logistics, onsite schedules, and coordination with key partners.
  • Assist with event checklists, briefing documents, and post-event reporting.

 

Required Experience & Skills

  • Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, complex formulas, dashboards).
  • Strong organisational and project-tracking skills.
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • High level of discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information.
  • Experience in administrative, operations, EA, or coordinator roles (preferred).
