Your daily pitch
In this role, you won’t just support AML initiatives - you’ll help drive the team to victory! Working closely with the Head of CO Optimisation AML, you’ll be a key player in strengthening and elevating our AML framework. Think of it as stepping onto the pitch every day with one goal in mind: continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Your playing field
- Supporting the Head of CO Optimisation AML in executing strategic plays that move the AML domain forward.
- Defining scope with precision, following departmental guidelines and methodologies. Think of this as drawing up the tactical game plan before kickoff.
- Taking an active role in KYC-related projects, including integrating new tools and KYC providers into our ecosystem. You’ll help ensure every new addition strengthens our setup and aligns with regulatory and operational standards.
- Driving process improvement initiatives across the customer journey - reducing friction for customers, minimising manual reviews, and optimising workflows to create a smoother, faster, and smarter onboarding experience.
- Helping onboard new features and ensuring they’re match-ready through User Acceptance Testing. No solution goes live unless it’s fit for the final.
- Keeping a sharp eye out for technical bugs or inefficiencies, then liaising with vendors and product owners to strengthen our play and eliminate weaknesses.
- Managing priorities, tracking progress, and ensuring nothing slips through the defensive line.
- Ensuring off-field operations run just as smoothly as on-field performance.
- Reviewing feedback and interactions to uncover opportunities for process optimisation. Because champions review the match footage, to keep improving.
Which skills should you bring to the pitch
- Qualifications. Post-secondary education or an equivalent qualification. What matters most is that you’ve built a solid foundation and are ready to step up.
- Experience. 2–3 years in a similar role, ideally within the iGaming industry. If you’ve worked in a regulated environment before, even better — you know how to play by the rules while keeping things moving.
- Skills. Strong analytical skills and great attention to detail. You’re naturally curious, good at spotting what’s not working, and confident finding solutions. You can juggle different projects without dropping the ball.
- Communication. You communicate clearly and comfortably, whether it’s with teammates, stakeholders, or third-party providers. You know that good teamwork makes everything run smoother.
- Language. Fluent in English (written and spoken). German is a big plus, especially since we’re the #1 sports betting provider and work with an international audience.
- Customer Operations Pro. You have a solid understanding of Customer Operations in a regulated environment and a good grasp of AML requirements. You understand how compliance and performance need to work together.
- Analytical. Comfortable working with data and reporting. You enjoy digging into numbers, spotting patterns, and using insights to improve how things are done.
