Key Responsibilities
1. Advertising Campaigns & Media Buying
- Plan, implement, and optimize performance-based advertising campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Negotiate and manage relationships with media vendors to secure cost-effective ad placements.
2. Email Marketing
- Develop, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and customer engagement sequences.
- Segment and maintain email lists for targeted messaging and high engagement rates.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on email campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversion rates, etc.) to refine strategies.
3. Database Management & CRM
- Manage and optimize the customer database (HubSpot), ensuring data accuracy and segmentation for targeted campaigns.
- Leverage CRM tools to nurture leads, track customer behavior, and automate communications.
4. Partnerships & Strategic Alliances
- Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships and collaborations with relevant brands, influencers, and industry leaders.
- Develop joint marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness and lead generation.
- Track partnership success and ensure alignment with business goals.
5. Marketing Automation
- Implement and optimize marketing automation workflows to increase lead generation and sales conversions.
- Set up and maintain marketing funnels, nurturing campaigns, and customer journeys using automation tools.
- Continuously test and optimize workflows to maximize efficiency and results.
6. Reporting & Analysis
- Regularly analyze key marketing metrics (traffic, leads, conversions, ROI) and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Produce reports and dashboards to track campaign performance across channels.
7. Collaboration & Strategy
- Work closely with creative, content, and sales teams to align marketing campaigns with business objectives.
- Participate in strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in marketing, with strong experience in digital advertising, email marketing, media buying, CRM management, and marketing automation.
Skills:
- Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Expertise in email marketing tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and campaign optimization.
- Excellent project management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
Language:
- Native Mandarin.
- English proficiency at C1 level or higher (written and spoken).
Education (Preferred):
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
