ENTER THE GAME

As Chief of Staff, you will work at the heart of Betclic’s leadership team, supporting top-level decision-making and ensuring the smooth execution of strategic priorities across the organization.

You will act as a key enabler for the Executive Committee, driving alignment, structuring governance, and coordinating high-impact initiatives in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

This role offers unique exposure to critical business decisions, including M&A, international expansion, and large-scale transformations, while working closely with senior stakeholders across the company.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

In this role, your main missions will be:

  • Drive governance and executive coordination
    • Prepare and coordinate Executive Committee meetings and key governance bodies
    • Structure internal communication and decision-making processes
    • Ensure alignment across stakeholders and follow-up on key decisions
  • Structure and monitor business performance
    • Organize and lead performance rituals (weekly, monthly, quarterly reviews)
    • Track key KPIs and ensure accurate and timely reporting
    • Deliver clear and actionable insights to senior stakeholders
  • Lead cross-functional and strategic initiatives
    • Manage high-impact projects such as M&A, integrations, international expansion, and transformation programs
    • Conduct strategic analyses and prepare decision-making materials for leadership
    • Coordinate multiple stakeholders across teams, ensuring efficient execution
  • Enable execution and organizational efficiency
    • Facilitate collaboration across departments and remove operational bottlenecks
    • Bring structure, clarity, and prioritization to complex and fast-moving topics
    • Support leadership in driving key initiatives from ideation to execution

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm !
This job is for you if:

  • You have 6 to 8 years of experience, including strategy or management consulting (or equivalent experience in demanding environments)
  • You have demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional projects
  • You have worked in high-performance environments, ideally within tech, digital, or fast-growing companies
  • You are comfortable interacting with senior leadership (ExCom level) and understand governance dynamics
  • You possess strong analytical and structuring skills, with the ability to synthesize complex topics
  • You have a proven ability to influence without direct authority and navigate complex organizations
  • You demonstrate leadership, ownership, and a strong sense of execution
  • You are highly organized, proactive, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • You have a strong business mindset, with good financial and strategic understanding
  • You are fluent in English (professional level required)
  • You have a genuine interest in sports and the online gaming ecosystem

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

If your application is shortlisted, Elliot will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).

Next, you will meet Edouard, Chief of Staff, followed by members of the Executive Comittee.

And finally Julien Brun (CEO) your future manager.

Finally, Elliot will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.

The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
