We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Change Manager to lead and evolve our change management capability. This role is critical in ensuring that technology changes are delivered efficiently, securely, and with minimal disruption to business operations.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of operational rigor, strategic thinking, and modern technology awareness including cloud and AI driven automation with a proven ability to deliver measurable outcomes in complex environments.

In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Own and continuously improve the IT change management framework, ensuring alignment with ITIL best practices and organizational objectives
  • Lead the end-to-end change lifecycle, including planning, risk assessment, approval, implementation, and post implementation review
  • Evaluate and assess proposed changes for impact across infrastructure, applications, and services, particularly in cloud-based environments such as AWS
  • Develop and enforce robust change governance, including adherence to SOX controls for IT change management
  • Partner with cross functional teams including Engineering, Product, Security, and Operations to ensure effective planning and execution of changes
  • Define and track change success metrics, including change success rate, incident reduction, and deployment efficiency
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to optimize processes, tooling, and automation
  • Champion the adoption of AI enabled change management practices, including automation and agent-based task orchestration where applicable
  • Ensure clear and timely stakeholder communication throughout the change lifecycle
  • Lead post implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and improve future change outcomes
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of industry trends, cloud technologies, and modern operational practices

THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • 4+ years of experience in IT change management or related roles
  • Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and change management principles
  • Proven experience managing changes in cloud-based environments, preferably AWS
  • Demonstrated experience working within SOX controlled environments and ensuring compliance throughout change processes
  • Hands on experience with ITSM workflow tooling (Jira, ServiceNow etc.)
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable results in fast paced, complex environments
  • Experience or exposure to AI enablement, automation, or agent-based task orchestration within ITSM
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive outcomes under pressure
  • US sporting or Igaming knowledge would be advantageous
  • Experience working within a heavily regulated industry is desirable

The applicable salary range for this position is $111,000-$139,000 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
