Category Manager - Corporate Services

The Opportunity

Create real commercial value across key Corporate Services categories — including Property, Marketing, Travel, Print and Professional Services. You’ll join a high-impact Procurement team partnering with leaders across every non-technology area of the business to lift supplier performance, simplify how we buy and deliver services, and drive smarter commercial outcomes.

This is a role with genuine influence across the organisation. You’ll own category strategies across a diverse Corporate Services portfolio, working closely with senior leaders to shape sourcing approaches, strengthen supplier partnerships and deliver measurable commercial value.

You’ll also gain exposure across a wide range of corporate functions and categories, providing excellent breadth for procurement professionals looking to deepen their commercial and leadership capability.

What You’ll Do

Reporting to the Senior Manager Procurement – Non-Tech, you’ll lead category strategies across a broad Corporate Services portfolio. From major marketing agreements to facilities and travel programs, you’ll take ownership of sourcing roadmaps, optimise supplier relationships and deliver strong commercial outcomes aligned to business priorities.

This will include:

• Leading category strategies across Property, Marketing, Travel and Print to driver commercial value and supplier performance
• Designing and executing sourcing strategies and competitive tenders through clear, fair and structured procurement processes
• Designing commercial frameworks and negotiating high-impact supplier agreements
• Strengthening supplier performance through governance, scorecards and continuous improvement plans
• Partnering with senior business leaders to align spend, category strategy and business priorities
• Identifying opportunities to consolidate spend, improve supplier value and drive procurement maturity across Corporate Services categories
• Reporting on value delivery, category insights and opportunities to improve the source-to-pay process

What You’ll Bring

You’re a confident procurement professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys solving complex commercial challenges. You bring proven experience across service-based categories, strong negotiation capability and the ability to influence diverse stakeholders. You simplify complexity, identify opportunities others miss and deliver commercial outcomes that create measurable value.

You’ll also bring:

• Experience across Corporate Services categories such as Marketing, Property / Facilities, Travel or Professional Services
• Proven ability to negotiate complex commercial agreements and manage supplier risk
• Strong stakeholder engagement capability with the confidence to influence senior leaders
• The ability to analyse spend data, develop insights and translate them into commercial outcomes
• Experience in supplier governance, KPIs, scorecards and supplier performance improvement
• Strong systems capability across procurement platforms, analytics tools and enterprise systems (e.g. ERP / source-to-pay platforms)
