THE JOB:

As a Casino VIP Services Manager, you play a key role in ensuring the efficient daily operations of Casino Marketing, exemplifying our commitment to exceptional service. By leveraging your strong leadership capabilities, you will lead and inspire a team of Casino VIP Services Supervisors and Coordinators, fostering a collaborative environment dedicated to creating personalized experiences for our valued guests. Through cross-departmental collaboration and deep knowledge of our offerings, you will drive initiatives, motivate your team, and deliver the seamless, world-class hospitality that sets us apart.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Oversee daily operations, providing leadership and direction to Supervisors and Coordinators to enhance the guest experience, drive guest-centric service, and ensure alignment with operational procedures and performance standards
  • Identify and proactively resolve Casino VIP Services operational areas of opportunity, inefficiencies or concerns
  • Evaluate performance through observation and guest feedback, providing feedback, coaching and mentorship for Supervisors and Coordinators as needed
  • Oversee talent development of staff and leadership members, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, coaching and disciplinary action
  • Research data and trends, and recommend courses of actions to reduce cost and maximize operational revenue 


THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Has a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of prior relevant experience in Hospitality, Casino Marketing or a related field
