As a Casino Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating game releases, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and enhancing the user experience across our platform.

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Casino Delivery Coordinator to help drive the success of our innovative online gaming offerings at bet365.

In this role, you will be the essential link between our talented internal teams and external providers, streamlining the game delivery process and contributing to our reputation as a leader in the iGaming industry.

This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.

The salary for this role is $52,000 - $62,000 annually.

• Strong interest in the online gaming and casino industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using tools like Jira, Google Analytics, and other reporting platforms.

• Managing the game release process using Jira, ensuring timely and accurate launches of new games.
• Conducting thorough testing of games in various environments to ensure regulatory compliance and optimal user experience.
• Identifying and escalating issues related to game content, compliance, and user experience while providing recommendations for improvement.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of game roadmaps, release schedules, and compliance logs.
• Staying up to date with industry regulations and best practices, contributing to the team’s knowledge base and training initiatives.
