In this critical role, you’ll report directly to the Head of Business Process Excellence and take ownership of driving compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement across all business areas and locations. Your mission? To keep things running seamlessly while minimising disruption for both our customers and the business.

Your playing field
- Take full ownership of assigned processes, building a deep understanding of their purpose, steps, and stakeholders.
- Spot bottlenecks and uncover opportunities to make processes faster, smarter, and more effective.
- Design and document detailed process maps that set the benchmark for best practice.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders and business functions to align requirements and ensure smooth implementation.
- Track key performance indicators to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Which skills should you bring to the pitch
- Qualification. You are holding a Bachelor or Masters’ degree in Business Administration, Economics, Informatics or any related field or you bring relevant work experience.
- Experience. You bring some years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within the Gaming or Payments industry. A background in a Product or experienced Customer Operations role within the gaming industry would also be of interest.
- Process. Implementing and optimising processes across business units.
- Language Skills. English is the official language in our Malta office; therefore fluent English language skills are essential. As the #1 sportsbetting provider in Germany, German language skills would be beneficial.
- Analytical skills. You have excellent business and commercial acumen and combine the big picture view with high attention to detail. Your analytical skills are therefore on high level.
- Collaboration. Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure business processes are fully aligned.
- Ownership. You own and take full responsibility of the processes and know the ins and outs.
- Resilience. You are not deterred by being challenged by colleagues, but you are also confident in your skills to challenge colleagues where it is appropriate.
- Customer centric. Customer satisfaction is your priority. You design and deliver solutions with them on your mind.
