We’re on the lookout for a Business Analyst to join our React Native development team and help drive the evolution of our customer-led digital wagering products. In this key role, you’ll partner closely with Product, Architecture and Engineering to lead delivery for our native iOS, Android and Mobile Web experiences. You'll be at the centre of feature development from concept to release, ensuring alignment with broader strategies, user needs, and regulatory standards.

What you will bring
- You have at least 6 years’ experience working with software development teams.
- You have at least 4 years’ experience working as a business analyst in teams running modern Agile ways of working developing and delivering software.
- You have at least 2 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in digital product delivery in the native app space with iOS, Android and Mobile Web.
- Proven track record in managing diverse stakeholders within a product development environment, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Experience leading multiple initiatives simultaneously, including managing both internal and external resources to deliver high-quality mobile products.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify areas for product enhancement and drive meaningful improvements.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of influencing teams and effectively managing relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to work closely with developers, managing the dev team from a delivery perspective to ensure timely and efficient release of features.
- Domain knowledge or experience in the wagering industry is highly desirable, though not a requirement.

Some tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Partner with the Product Manager to prioritise the delivery of features that enhance the native app’s performance and elevate the experience of our customers.
- Own the refinement of requirements into epics, user stories, and tasks that meet the team’s evolving Definition of Ready (DoR).
- Champion Agile practices, fostering continuous improvement and closed loop feedback cycles in product development and delivery.
- Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to accurately determine requirements and priorities, ensuring the highest priority work is addressed first.
- Collaborate with whoever necessary to refine and prioritise the development backlog, aligning on customer experience improvements and new features.
- Develop clear functional specifications, epics, and user stories that define the desired outcomes for system enhancements and new features.
- Work closely with UX/design, prototyping, and CX testing teams during research and development phases to ensure optimal user experience.
- Jira board ownership is in your remit. You are the board administrator and are to go to person for anything board related.
- Treat the Definition of Done (DoD) and DoR as living quality gates, and lead the team in evolving these to improve delivery standards.
- Lead and coordinate the delivery of native app and mobile web product initiatives, ensuring they align with scope, timelines, and quality standards, while engaging key stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
- Work closely with developers and cross-functional teams to deliver enhancements that align with broader product strategies and initiatives.
- Support a test-and-learn approach, leveraging the CX framework to gather customer insights and iterate on solutions that enhance the mobile user experience.
