Your role in action

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will provide business analysis for Tote products and platforms and act as the key interface between development teams and Core Wagering and Media business functions to deliver planned portfolio initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders, end users, developers, and testers to propose practical, high-impact solutions that meet business needs and drive real outcomes. 

  • Lead analysis for Tote products, translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements 
  • Drive collaboration between business, developers, and testers to deliver effective solutions 
  • Create high-quality user stories and documentation using Jira and Confluence tools 
  • Facilitate workshops, stand-ups, and retrospectives to support agile delivery practices 
  • Evaluate current systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement 
  • Influence stakeholders and ensure alignment across technology and business teams 

 

What you'll need to succeed

You are a confident and collaborative Business Analyst who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys solving complex problems. You bring a strong understanding of technology landscapes, paired with the ability to translate ideas into practical solutions that deliver value.  

  • Proven experience analysing and documenting complex business and software requirements using Jira and Confluence
  • Strong capability in process improvement, problem-solving, and workshop facilitation 
  • Experienced working across diverse delivery models including multi-supplier environments 
  • Ability to build strong relationships across business and technology stakeholders 
  • Solid understanding of contemporary technology trends and delivery practices 
  • Demonstrated success delivering incremental value through continuous improvement
  • Knowledge of the Wagering industry is beneficial
