Playtech Turnkey Services is looking for a proactive looking for a proactive Business Analyst with excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.

Job Description

Your influential mission. You will...

  • Gather and analyse business requirements for ongoing and upcoming projects.
  • Investigate improvement areas and propose best practice solutions.
  • Work closely with the Product Owner on requirement clarification and prioritisation.
  • Collaborate daily with development and QA teams to support delivery.
  • Communicate with third‑party providers and internal Playtech teams to ensure smooth integrations.

Qualifications

Components for success. You...

  • Bring 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a development‑related environment.
  • Have experience with mobile and web projects, including CMS‑related work.
  • Communicate confidently in English (upper‑intermediate+) and Ukrainian.
  • Possess strong technical skills in Atlassian tools, SDLC knowledge and Figma (user‑level).
  • Additionally, bring solid experience in creating and maintaining documentation: User Stories, Use Cases, Requirements and UML diagrams.
  • Are proactive, self‑organised, and capable of working independently.
  • Thrive in a collaborative environment and focus on team achievements.

  • Experience in iGaming, betting, or gambling.
  • Prior exposure to QA, development, or product ownership.
  • Knowledge of REST API, Firebase, testing fundamentals, JSON.

Playtech Turnkey Services MWS Team

Our MWS team plays a central role in delivering scalable, high‑quality turnkey solutions across Playtech’s global ecosystem. We work closely with product, development, QA, and integration teams to ensure seamless delivery of features for major brands. Building on its daily collaboration with multiple Playtech units and support for cross‑product initiatives, the team also partners with a broad range of international iGaming operators—including key Latin American brands such as Winner and Caliente—providing exposure to complex, large‑scale ecosystems and diverse market needs.
