You are a dynamic strategist in the fast-paced world of sports betting, iGaming, and casinos. You're skilled at crafting compelling B2B sales narratives and marketing materials that drive revenue for sportsbooks, operators, and casino partners across North America. Your direct experience in the gaming space means you instinctively understand the regulatory landscape, and you excel at developing strategic media and content programs that truly resonate with marketers. You'll collaborate closely with sales, insights, and creative teams, pitching high-impact content, media, sponsorship, and data-driven solutions that help our partners acquire users and build brand equity.
You will…
- Develop bespoke sales materials, pitch decks, and proposals targeted to sportsbooks, online gaming operators, and casinos.
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) on the sports betting category — translating vertical-specific insights into strategic narratives and tactical recommendations.
- Collaborate with Sales Directors to identify and pursue key opportunities with gaming partners across display, programmatic, branded content, podcasts, live events, and more.
- Translate our product offerings into tailored solutions that align with operator KPIs: acquisition, retention, brand lift, etc.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive activity, and regulatory updates in the betting/gaming space to inform pitches and client conversations.
- Help standardize go-to-market sales materials for the category (e.g., operator-facing one-pagers, case studies, media kits, vertical decks).
- Use first- and third-party insights to build persuasive, data-informed pitches.
- Contribute to RFP (Request for proposal) responses and proactive pitches with creative thinking and knowledge of the gaming media ecosystem.
You have…
- 3–5+ years of experience in media, brand strategy, or sales marketing, with a demonstrated focus on the sports betting, iGaming, or casino vertical.
- Deep understanding of the needs, goals, and marketing strategies of sportsbooks and gaming operators.
- Strong storytelling, writing, and presentation-building skills — with the ability to simplify complex ideas for media buyers and marketing decision-makers.
- Familiarity with key performance metrics for gaming clients (e.g., Cost per acquisition, Life time value, registrations, etc.).
- Experience collaborating across departments (sales, creative, analytics) and managing multiple high-priority projects at once.
- Previous experience in a publisher, media company, or agency that services gaming clients preferred.
