Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • End-to-End Brand Campaign Leadership

    • Own and oversee all active creative projects across markets, ensuring clear visibility of timelines, deliverables, and dependencies

    • Manage production planning, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

    • Develop and oversee cost estimates, quotes, and financial tracking

    • Source, onboard, and manage external suppliers, production partners, and agencies

    • Ensure all deliverables meet premium production and brand standards

  • Localization & Adaptation

    • Manage adaptation assets such as TV endboards, market-specific versions of creative and language and regulatory adaptations

  • Agency-Style Production Leadership

    • Apply advertising agency producer discipline to internal and external projects

    • Lead production schedules, shoot planning, post-production workflows, and delivery pipelines

    • Ensure efficient briefing, feedback cycles, and approvals

    • Act as the central point of coordination between creative teams and production partners

  •  Cross-Market Coordination

    • Coordinate workflows and delivery across London, Johannesburg, and Cape Town teams

    • Align stakeholders across time zones and functions

    • Ensure consistent standards, communication, and delivery cadence across regions

    • Facilitate cross-team collaboration and knowledge sharing

  • Problem Solving & Operational Excellence

    • Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks before they escalate

    • Troubleshoot project risks related to timelines, resources, or dependencies

    • Implement solutions to improve speed, efficiency, and output quality

    • Create scalable processes that support high-volume, multi-market delivery
