Role Overview
We are looking for a Brand Manager to sit within the Design team and act as the central point of contact for all branding and design-related matters across the organisation. This role is key to ensuring consistency, clarity, and alignment across all SiGMA brands, touchpoints, and creative outputs. Working closely with the Head of Design, you will support the day-to-day management of brand standards while acting as the bridge between creative departments and the wider business. You will be the internal authority on SiGMA’s brands, fully understanding how they are applied, evolved, and communicated across events, media, digital, and print.


Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all internal branding and design-related queries
  • Serve as the bridge between design, editorial, video, marketing, events, and other creative teams
  • Support the Head of Design in maintaining and evolving SiGMA’s brand architecture and guidelines
  • Ensure consistent and correct brand application across all touchpoints, platforms, and regions
  • Review creative work across departments to ensure alignment with brand standards
  • Provide clear brand guidance and direction to non-design teams
  • Assist in rolling out brand updates, new guidelines, and brand initiatives across the organisation
  • Maintain and manage brand documentation, assets, and reference materials
  • Support onboarding and education around brand usage for new team members
  • Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or risks in brand application and proactively address them
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure brand considerations are embedded early in projects
  • Help streamline workflows between departments by acting as a central brand liaison

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in brand management, design management, or a related role
  • Strong understanding of branding principles, visual identity systems, and design processes
  • Experience working closely with design or creative teams
  • Exceptional knowledge of brand consistency across digital, print, media, and events
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to confidently advise, guide, and challenge teams on brand-related decisions
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-brand, international environment
  • Experience within events, media, or large-scale brand ecosystems is a strong advantage
