About the role

As Sporty's Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing SportyNet's social media content offering, managing team scheduling, posting calendars, best practices, and processes that will enable us to achieve relevant results across all platforms.

What you'll be doing

• Organization of the team's work schedule 
• Management of the event coverage calendar and post creation
• Point of contact with other areas, such as: design, editing, sales, etc.
• Short, medium and long-term content planning
• Process management and organization of documents, schedules, etc. to facilitate the team's work
• Constant evaluation of social media results to adjust strategy
• Weekly collection of social media data for the production of weekly and monthly presentations of social media results

What you'll bring

• Have excellent writing skills and mastery of the Portuguese language
• Experience coordinating teams of at least three people
• Focus on results and analytical skills
• Be organized and able to handle processes and strict deadlines
• Be a heavy user of social media, its publishing/insights platforms, and be familiar with the main formats of the platforms
• Consume sports content on a daily basis
• Be available to work on days and times when football matches take place
• Good communication skills, ability to work in a team, and build relationships with partner areas
• Familiarity with Google Sheets, Docs, and Presentation
• Advanced/fluent English
