Betting Intelligence Analyst (m/f/x)

The principal focus of the Betting Intelligence Analyst is collecting and analysing sports and betting data, as well as segmenting and sharing relevant information that can have a major impact on the reliability and quality of our offer, in line with internal policies and procedures.

Your playing field:

• Processing Bet Slip Requests (BSR) in line with internal procedures,
• Managing risk through market monitoring and adjustments,
• Monitoring Shop and Customer ratings,
• Detecting suspicious betting patterns and activities,
• Identifying and managing high‑risk events through a structured risk management framework,
• Testing risk and arbitrage tools,
• Tracking and reporting suspicious teams, players, users, and shops,
• Monitoring betting forums and flagging relevant information,
• Identifying anomalies and errors in the Sportsbook offer.

Which skills should you bring to the pitch:

• Advanced analytical skills. We always want to improve and that is why we need you to put attention to detail and have a strong analytical mind to solve problems efficienty and accruately.
• Sports Enthusiast. A genuine interest in sports and sports betting helps you understand the context of our markets.
• Numbers. You are comfortable working with numbers and applying them in daily decision‑making.
• Adaptable. You’re comfortable with performing well in a fast-paced environment.
• Feedback Culture approach. We love learning from each other, we are about adapting, continuously improving what we do to deliver a valuable product to our customers. You collaborate and communicate leading to team success.
• Fluent in English and Croatian (verbal and written). Our one team consists of more than 30 different nationalities working together to achieve Tipico’s mission. However, Croatia is the home of our Bookmaking team and this is how we communicate here.
