Playtech‘s VF2011 is launching an exciting new brand for our B2C division – SunBets, our new B2C sports betting brand in partnership with News UK. The Marketing Team is  looking for a proactive B2C Sportsbook Marketing Manager who will take full ownership of marketing activities. Based in our Gibraltar offices, this is not just another role... it’s an opportunity to shape the future of a high-profile project from the ground up, driving customer acquisition and building a brand that will make waves.

Job Description

Your influential mission. You will... 

  • Own the marketing strategy for SunBets, ensuring all campaigns align with brand objectives and sportsbook goals.
  • Plan and execute acquisition-focused campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels, driving new customer growth.
  • Coordinate with external agencies to brief, assess, and approve marketing assets (ads, landing pages, acquisition offers) for compliance and effectiveness.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign delivery, from concept to execution, ensuring smooth launches and timely delivery.
  • Monitor and optimise campaign performance, applying a test-and-learn approach to improve ROI, CPA, and ARPU.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Compliance, CRM, Design, Content, Ops, and Trading teams to ensure seamless execution and player journey optimisation.
  • Research market trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities for innovation and performance improvement.
  • Travel occasionally to the UK and Bulgaria for meetings and collaboration. 

Qualifications

Components for success. You...      

  • Have 3+ years of experience in sportsbook marketing, with 1+ years in a managerial role.
  • Possess deep knowledge of sports betting and the UK (& Irish) sports calendar.
  • Demonstrate expertise in digital and offline marketing channels, including campaign planning and execution. 
  • Are familiar with UK regulatory, marketing, and advertising compliance.
  • Show strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with experience tracking and reporting on key performance metrics (ROI, CPA, ARPU).
  • Have experience working with external agencies and managing relationships with media partners..
  • Proven experience optimising campaigns using data-driven insights. 
  • Excel in leadership, organizational skills, and attention to detail. 
  • Are a self-starter, highly motivated, and able to work under pressure.
