We are seeking a dynamic and driven Account Manager to join our growing B2B iGaming team. This mid-level position is designed for professionals who thrive in building strong partnerships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring partner success in a fast-paced, innovative industry.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Partner engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • GGR growth: Actively monitor and optimize Gross Gaming Revenue performance across partner accounts.
  • Partner success: Provide strategic guidance and support to partners, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention.
  • Performance monitoring: Track KPIs, prepare reports, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and technical teams to deliver seamless partner experiences.

Who You Are:

  • Immaculate communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate.
  • People skills: Strong interpersonal abilities to build trust and foster long-term relationships.
  • Gaming knowledge: Solid understanding of the iGaming industry, including market trends and player behavior.
  • Technical skills: Ability to work with technical platforms, analyze data, and provide solutions to partners.
  • Problem-solving mindset: Proactive approach to identifying challenges and delivering effective solutions.
  • Experience: 2 - 4 years in account management, preferably within iGaming, tech, or digital B2B environments.
