We’re looking for a detail oriented and motivated Audit Compliance Specialist to support our Internal Audit and Compliance function. This is a junior role, ideal for someone early in their audit, risk, or compliance career who is eager to learn, gain exposure, and build a strong foundation in audit processes, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.

As our Audit Compliance Specialist, you’ll play a key part in delivering the execution of audits and compliance activities that help protect the business, strengthen controls, and ensure we meet internal standards and regulatory requirements, getting hands-on with senior auditors and stakeholders across the business, gaining hands on experience while contributing to a robust control environment. Your drive and ideas will help us move faster, improve smarter, and stay ahead of the game.

What you’ll do

You’ll support the team with work that keeps our business compliant and risk‑aware, including:

• Assisting with the planning and execution of internal audits and compliance reviews
• Supporting the testing of internal controls to assess design and operating effectiveness
• Performing walkthroughs, documentation reviews, and sample testing
• Assisting with data collection, analysis, and audit working papers
• Recording audit findings and supporting the preparation of audit and compliance reports
• Tracking management action plans and following up on remediation progress
• Supporting regulatory, risk, and compliance assessments as required
• Assisting with ad‑hoc reviews, investigations, and special assignments
• Maintaining accurate documentation in line with audit standards and internal methodologies
