Step into the world of commercial production as a TV Production Co-Op on our Production team. You'll get hands-on experience in both content creation and post-production, working side-by-side with our Broadcast and Creative teams to bring big ideas to the screen. It's a front-row seat to how high-impact commercials get made, and a chance to sharpen your skills while working on real projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Collaborate with Project Managers on new requests, scheduling, and resourcing for TV projects.
Maintain production tracking by updating the master status document with key dates and project details, and setting up new project structures such as folders, scripts, Wrike links, and versioning sheets.
Assist with pre-production tasks such as sourcing props, preparing shoot documents, creating meeting invites, and finalizing shoot orders.
Contribute on set, in our studio or at local Boston locations, by running teleprompters, assisting with equipment, dressing sets, tracking schedules, and supporting on-camera talent.
Support post-production by helping drive edits for TV commercials, including live-action and 2D animation, through creative and stakeholder reviews, and gathering assets such as music, stock footage, and legal disclaimers.
Help the production team meet deadlines by supporting producers, supervising quality control and delivery, managing file transfers, and maintaining storage inventory.
Working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Film Production or a related field.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Familiarity with G Suite including Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets.
Familiarity with editing software such as Adobe Premiere is a plus.
Familiarity with Canon cameras/DSLRs, lighting, and audio capturing is a plus.

The US hourly rate for this full-time position is 16.16 USD - 20.20 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
