Complete the roadmap by collaborating with key partners throughout a live game’s life cycle
Coordinate the development of multiple achievements, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
Provide day-to-day mentorship and course correction as needed
Maintain clear communication with the Team Leadership
Advocate for and align with studio guidelines, techniques, and standards
Facilitate communication between the Product Owner and the Team
Help the team deliver by identifying and removing impediments
Build and maintain team velocity, health, motivation, and trust
Balance the Product Owner's requests with the Team Velocity/Dedication
Drive events such as backlog estimates, daily scrums, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Work closely with the Production Director to continually improve and document processes
1+ years of mobile game production experience in full cycle development and/or live operations
Proven track record of delivering features within scope, budget, and timelines
Jedi-level Jira and Confluence user skills
Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and creative problem-solving abilities
Hard-working communication and interpersonal skills
Project Management Professional (PMP) and Scrum certification a plus
Prior experience in social casino development a plus
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
Emotionally intelligent and able to work independently and within a cross-functional team
Passionate about personal growth and demonstrating values in everything you do
