About Flutter Functions:

The Flutter Functions division is a key component of Flutter Entertainment, responsible for providing essential support and services across the organization. The division encompasses various corporate functions, including finance, legal, human resources, technology, and more, ensuring seamless operations and strategic alignment throughout the company

Role Overview:
The Associate CRE Systems & Process Specialist  supports the delivery of automation and digital improvements across the Corporate Real Estate (CRE) function by acting as the link between CRE systems, business processes, and technical implementation.

The role combines process analysis, business analysis, and quality assurance, while also being responsible for coordinating and supporting the implementation of new CRE systems and system enhancements. The role operates across multiple initiatives in parallel, supporting both change delivery and the ongoing evolution of CRE systems.

The role works closely with CRE Automations Specialists, Group Technology, and the wider CRE organisation to ensure new systems, features, and automation initiatives are delivered in a controlled and business-aligned manner.

Key Responsibilities:

CRE Systems Implementation & Change Coordination

  • Support and help  coordinate the implementation of new CRE systems and new system features
  • Manage functional readiness activities including configuration support, testing, documentation, and rollout coordination
  • Ensure new systems and features are aligned with defined business processes and requirements

Business & Process Analysis

  • Analyse CRE processes and identify improvement and optimisation opportunities
  • Document current- and future-state workflows related to CRE systems
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria

Automation Support (BA / QA)

  • Act as a supporting  Business Analyst and QA partner for automation initiatives built on CRE systems
  • Define test scenarios, manage UAT cycles, and validate automation outcomes
  • Ensure automations meet business, usability, and data quality requirements

Multi-Project Delivery & Prioritisation

  • Work across multiple projects and process changes in parallel
  • Coordinate delivery activities, dependencies, and timelines across initiatives
  • Balance competing priorities while maintaining delivery quality

Stakeholder & Delivery Coordination

  • Act as the interface between CRE stakeholders, Automation Specialists, vendors, and Group Technology
  • Capture requirements from the wider CRE teams and translate them into structured delivery inputs
  • Communicate progress, risks, and next steps clearly to stakeholders

Documentation & Enablement

  • Ensure system documentation, SOPs, and process flows are created and maintained
  • Support user enablement and adoption of new systems and features

Requirements:

Essential:

  • 1–3 years’ experience in system analysis, business analysis, or digital delivery roles
  • Proven ability to manage and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in process mapping, requirements definition, and UAT
  • Experience supporting or coordinating system implementations
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Future Ready: Demonstrating curiosity and openness toward AI and emerging technologies, with a willingness to continuously learn, adapt, and share knowledge

Desirable:

  • Exposure to automation platforms (UiPath, Power Automate, Workato) from a BA/QA perspective
  • Familiarity with API-driven integrations and enterprise SaaS platforms
  • Experience with operational or real-estate-related systems
  • Experience working in matrix or transformation environments
