As an Associate Business Development Executive – Corporate Accounts you will play a key role in supporting our corporate accounts team in managing high-value client relationships and identifying new business opportunities. This role combines sales, strategy, client management, and operational training, offering a comprehensive development path toward business development. You’ll be part of a cross-functional onboarding program with exposure to sales, marketing, finance, analytics, and account management during your first 3-6 months while supporting the Sr. Director of Corporate Accounts.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in handling assigned strategic and key accounts, providing ongoing client support and relationship management.

  • Support the development and execution of territory and account strategies in collaboration with Sr Director of National Accounts.

  • Conduct research to identify potential solutions and for strategic accounts.

  • Support local and regional sales efforts, promotions, and campaign initiatives.

  • Prepare accurate and timely quotes, proposals, and product demonstrations using Aristocrat’s point-of-sale and presentation tools.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Aristocrat products and solutions; optimally communicate features and benefits to clients.

  • Track and report on sales activities, forecast updates, and pipeline developments with accuracy and timeliness

  • Coordinate cross-functional support for account activities, including product, finance, and marketing teams.

  • Monitor client happiness and expectations through regular communications and feedback loops.

  • Participate in payment collections and help implement appropriate follow-up strategies.

  • Uphold Aristocrat’s high-performance, world-class brand image in every customer and internal interaction.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field or its equivalent preferred

  • 2 - 4 years of sales experience in gaming or a similar field

  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills

  • Technical knowledge sufficient to demonstrate the company’s games and systems products to customers and respond effectively to customers’ questions

  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Demonstrate the ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.

  • Demonstrate creative, innovative, analytical, forward-thinking abilities.

  • Demonstrate project leadership and team participation skills.

  • Display a professional image and appearance.

  • Detail-oriented and organized

  • Self-motivated • Effective decision-making and problem solving skills

  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English

  • Must be able to travel up to 50 percent

Pay Range

$73,500 - $136,500 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
