What’s the position?
As an AI Agent Analyst (Associate), you will play a key role in building, operating, and improving AI-powered agents that support customer experience, risk operations, and internal workflows.
This role is designed for high-potential, early-career individuals who are excited about AI and want to operate with ownership from day one. You will work closely with product, engineering, data, and operations teams to help design, train, tune, and optimize AI agents in real-world environments.
You will actively operate and improve AI systems, with the expectation that you grow quickly into owning use cases and contributing to the AI roadmap.

Take initiative, identify opportunities, and drive work forward
Own assigned AI use cases, including training, tuning, and performance monitoring
Grow into owning workflows end-to-end and contributing to roadmap direction
Operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment with increasing scope and impact
Responsibilities
Take ownership of assigned AI agent use cases, including training, tuning, and optimization
Monitor performance (accuracy, resolution, escalation, etc.) and identify improvements
Iterate on prompts, workflows, and decision logic
Build and maintain reporting on AI performance and impact
Translate business workflows (CS, Fraud, Risk) into AI-driven logic
Partner with cross-functional teams to refine and improve agent behavior
Support testing, validation (UAT), and rollout of new capabilities
Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve customer experience
Contribute to shaping the AI roadmap
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related technical field strongly preferred
0–2 years of experience (internships, projects, or early career roles)
Recent graduates from strong technical programs are encouraged to apply
Demonstrated interest in AI, LLMs, or automation (coursework, projects, etc.)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to learn quickly and operate in ambiguous environments
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Core Skills
Strong technical foundation (programming basics, systems thinking, or data)
Comfort working with logic flows, APIs, data, or automation systems
Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies
Preferred Skills
Exposure to AI tools, LLMs, chatbots, or automation platforms
Experience with data, dashboards, or metrics
Familiarity with customer operations, fraud, or support workflows
Understanding of how technology improves business processes
