JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Asset Manager to oversee the administration and coordination of our client portal and digital asset ecosystem.
This role sits at the intersection of technology, content, and operations, ensuring seamless asset organisation, backend management, and platform efficiency across multiple systems.
You will work closely with our web, product, and marketing teams to manage client-facing platforms to ensure structure, accessibility, and accuracy.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Administer and organise the digital asset management system, ensuring all assets are properly categorised, tagged, and accessible to clients and internal teams.
- Coordinate with web developers and designers to ensure smooth technical updates and integrations.
- Maintain and monitor data integrity within backend systems and databases.
- Ensure consistency, compliance, and accuracy across all digital assets and web properties.
- Coordinate pre-launch asset checks, ensuring all required files, metadata, and documentation are complete.
- Support the agile workflow of the web and marketing teams by creating and tracking tickets, updates, and asset requests.
- Monitor usage and performance data for assets, providing insight to product, design, and commercial teams to guide asset development and optimisation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (product, marketing, content) to support new launches, promotions, and campaigns.
- Troubleshoot technical or platform-related issues in collaboration with IT or product teams.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- 5+ years of experience in website or digital asset management, preferably within iGaming, tech, or digital marketing environments.
- Hands-on experience with Canto or other Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.
- Familiarity with Web SMS or similar communication/notification systems.
- Understanding of Agile workflows (Jira, Monday.com, or equivalent).
- Technical understanding of backend processes, file structures, and content systems.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
