Are you a recent graduate eager to jumpstart your career and gain exposure to our organization? The Emerging Talent Programs offer a unique opportunity to do just that. Beginning August 3rd, over the course of 20 months, you will rotate through three areas within the Commercial Strategy organization, gaining hands-on experience and developing a well-rounded understanding of the gaming industry and our business. In this role, you will support key commercial initiatives, contribute to go-to-market execution, and gain exposure to revenue performance, product strategy, and customer partnerships within the Class II business. You will also develop cross-functional experience by working closely with teams across product, sales, RevMax, support, and Oklahoma operations. 

Throughout the program, participants will have the opportunity to present their ideas and project outcomes to executive leadership following each rotation, while gaining meaningful exposure to how a global organization operates. The experience includes participation in virtual workshops, skill-building sessions, and development activities designed to broaden business perspective. The Emerging Talent Programs offer a strong combination of hands-on experience, mentorship, and networking opportunities to help support long-term career growth and success. 

Job Requirements 

  • Support go-to-market (GTM) planning, updates, and tracking for key Class II products  
  • Contribute to speed-to-market initiatives, including Class II optimization and C3-to-C2 port velocity  
  • Assist in developing and maintaining product slicks, sales collateral, and tradeshow materials  
  • Support RevMax analyses and participate in data-driven assessments tied to product performance and deployment  
  • Assist in monitoring hold performance and contributing to insights that inform business recommendations  
  • Assist in preparing and organizing business review materials for Tribal partners  
  • Support the development and scaling of the Champions Program and operational playbooks  
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with product, sales, RevMax, and support teams to support customer-facing initiatives 

Qualifications 

  • Must be at least 21 years of age and have completed their college degree between June 2025 and June 2026. 
  • Enhance your skill sets in a fast-paced environment, learning from experienced professionals as you prepare to start your career after graduation. 
  • The program begins on August 3, 2026. 
  • The program will take place in Tulsa, Oklahoma.  
  • Participate in multiple projects, culminating in presentation of projects to executive leadership. 
  • Participate in skill development sessions, networking opportunities with executive leadership, international mixers, and attend functions with other growing minds in the gaming industry.

Pay Range

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
