ENTER THE GAME

At Betclic, marketing is at the heart of the game.

The mission of the France Marketing team is to build a strong and consistent brand while delivering impactful activations that engage sports fans across all touchpoints.

You will work closely with the Marketing Coordination Manager to drive the France marketing plan and ensure alignment across all teams.


YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

On a daily basis, you will be involved in concrete topics and projects:

Marketing plan management

  • Contribute to building the marketing calendar (key sports events, commercial operations, brand campaigns)
  • Coordinate communications to ensure consistency and impact

Campaign orchestration

  • Monitor the rollout of activations (branding & promotions)
  • Coordinate internal teams (media, social, CRM, creative…)
  • Track timelines, deliverables, and budgets

Performance monitoring

  • Contribute to weekly business and marketing performance analysis
  • Identify key insights and share them with the teams
  • Support the implementation of the marketing measurement plan: pre- and post-creative testing, brand tracking (brand index & image), and ad-hoc marketing studies

Strategic support production

  • Prepare campaign reports
  • Conduct cross-channel analyses
  • Produce framing and steering documents

Market watch & insights

  • Benchmark marketing initiatives (sports, betting, entertainment)
  • Analyze key moments (season launches, major competitions, commercial highlights)

Marketing team engagement

  • Support the organization of key team moments (marketing seminars, workshops, internal rituals)
  • Contribute to structuring and sharing best practices within the team
  • Support upskilling on key topics (AI, legal topics, new tools, etc.)
  • Assist in creating training materials and internal communication assets

Over time, you will gain autonomy and take increasing ownership of your topics.


WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Master’s student (Business School / Marketing / Communication)
  • Looking for a 12 to 24-month apprenticeship
  • A first experience in marketing is a strong plus

But most importantly:

  • You are structured, organized, and comfortable managing multiple topics simultaneously
  • You enjoy coordinating, aligning teams, and driving projects forward
  • You are autonomous, confident in your interactions, and enjoy working as part of a team
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and build relationships easily
  • You are curious and eager to understand how a global marketing strategy works
  • You are comfortable with data and analysis
  • You have a strong interest in transversal topics (operations, organization, tools, upskilling)
  • You are interested in sports (ideally football/soccer)
  • Native French speaker & Fluent English required


WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

If your application is shortlisted, Mathilde or Adèle will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (20 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).

You will then meet Marie, Senior Marketing Project Manager, who will be your future mentor.

Finally, Mathilde or Adèle will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.

The recruitment process usually takes around 4 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
