ENTER THE GAME

Under the supervision of the Lead Content Design, you will join the Content Design & Localization team made of Content Designers & Localization Managers.

You will help improve user experience through clear and impactful content, while supporting the management of English (pivot) content, localization workflows, and AI-driven content initiatives.You will collaborate closely with Product teams (Designers, PMs, Researchers), Localization Managers, and Gen AI teams to ensure content quality, consistency, and scalability across our products.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

In this role, your main missions will be:

Content Quality & UX Writing

• Review and improve English in-app content (pivot language)
• Write and refine clear, concise microcopy for product interfaces
• Simplify complex information for better user understanding
• Ensure content consistency across product and guidelines

Content Strategy & Systems

• Maintain and update content documentation (style guide, glossaries, design system)
• Contribute to feature messaging and content improvements
• Run benchmarks and suggest optimizations

Localization

• Support localization workflows and ensure content scalability across markets
• Work closely with Localization Managers

Content Operations (TMS)

• Manage content in Phrase (translations, updates, constraints, QA)

AI & Automation

• Help train AI assistants (datasets, examples, prompts)
• Contribute to AI-driven content and automation workflows

Collaboration & Support

• Work with Product, Marketing, and Compliance teams on content topics
• Support onboarding and adoption of tools and processes
• Communicate updates on content and localization workflows

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm!

This apprenticeship is for you if:

• You are pursuing a degree in communication, linguistics, UX writing, translation/localization, content strategy, or a related field
• You are fluent in English with strong writing skills (French is a plus)

• You’re excited about crafting clear, consistent content and refining language to make products feel effortless
• You’re rigorous, organized, and comfortable maintaining documentation and standards
• You’re curious about how content, language, and AI work together to improve user experiences
• You enjoy exploring tools, processes, and helping others understand how they work
• You love teamwork: you listen actively, ask smart questions, and aren’t afraid to share ideas
• Bonus: Interest in AI tools, prompting, and conversational design

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

• If your application is shortlisted, Elodie will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (15 minutes).
• Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).
• You will then meet your future manager, Anais - Content Designer, followed by Joao and Kamila - Content Localization Managers.
• Finally, Elodie will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.
• The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
