ENTER THE GAME

As an AML Training & Documentation Assistant, you will join the Compliance team to support the development of AML training, maintain procedural documentation, and contribute to the standardization of AML processes and best practices across teams.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

In this role, your main missions will be:

• Assist AML training and Documentation Specialist to structure and formalize the AML training framework (content, frequency, formats)
• Maintain and update the AML procedural documentation and Confluence pages
• Contribute to the standardization of AML processes and practices across teams, Act as a key point of contact for AML-related questions regarding procedures and training materials
• Support the dissemination of best practices and lessons learned across the organization.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm!

• You are currently completing your final year at a business school, university, or political science institute

• You specialize in Finance, Compliance, Law, or Political Science

• You are analytical, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities

• You have knowledge of AML/CFT regulations

• You speak fluent French and English.

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

If your application is shortlisted, Mathilde will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (15 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).

You will then meet your future manager, Ludovic - AML Content & Training Specialist followed by his manager Christelle - Senior Project Manager.

Finally, Mathilde will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.

The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
