Role Description: Responsible for overseeing Appearance and Uniforms operations, ensuring compliance with company standards, inventory accuracy, process optimization, and high-quality on-camera presentation. This role combines people management, operational excellence, stock control, procedure development, and employee appearance monitoring to support a consistent customer and employee experience. This position may require onsite presence. Main Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Operations: Manage daily team activities, including scheduling, attendance, holiday planning, onboarding, training, performance monitoring, KPI tracking, and disciplinary documentation.

Appearance Compliance & Quality Assurance: Monitor employee appearance and ensure adherence to Appearance Guidelines, reporting irregularities and providing recommendations for improvement.

Inventory & Stock Management: Oversee inventory control, stock accuracy, replenishment processes, and stock movement analysis to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities.

Process Improvement & Documentation: Maintain, update, and develop procedures, guidelines, and operational documentation while ensuring compliance with company standards and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Research & Development: Participate in research, testing, and innovation projects focused on improving appearance consistency, operational efficiency, and employee experience.

Workshops & Training: Organize and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and awareness programs related to appearance standards, procedures, and best practices.

Employee & Stakeholder Support: Manage appearance-related requests, maintain effective communication with employees, collaborate cross-functionally, and build strong relationships with suppliers when applicable.

Reporting & Analysis: Prepare operational, inventory, performance, and compliance reports, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making.

Hands-On Operational Support: Provide styling, makeup, hairdressing, uniform-related support, and other operational assistance as needed.

Compliance & Professional Responsibility: Ensure adherence to company policies, confidentiality standards, health and safety regulations, and responsible use of company resources.
Candidate Requirements:

Education: High School Diploma required. Professional certification in hairstyling, makeup, fashion, uniforms, or a related field is an advantage.

Experience: Previous experience in appearance management, styling, inventory control, operations, or team coordination. Leadership experience is considered a strong asset.

Language Skills: Advanced English with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general PC applications. Experience with inventory or stock-management tools is an advantage.

Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with a high level of precision in maintaining appearance standards, documentation, and inventory records.

Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and cultures.

Organization & Problem Solving: Ability to manage multiple priorities, drive process improvements, and support operational efficiency.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in makeup, hairstyling, fashion, uniforms, broadcast appearance, or image consulting.
- Knowledge of skincare products, grooming standards, or appearance best practices.
- Experience with supplier management, procurement, or inventory optimization projects.
