Analyst - Trading Player Profiling

What’s the position? 

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Trading Player Profiling Analyst to join our team. 

Reporting to a Player Profiling Team Lead, you’ll play a central role in the execution and development of our player profiling strategy. This role sits at the intersection of data, risk, and trading intelligence — supporting real-time decision-making and long-term profitability. 

Key focus areas include: 

• Customer profiling and segmentation 

• Detecting coordinated trading patterns 

• Offering behavioral insights

• Deep understanding of pricing dynamics

• Identifying sharp betting strategies both in-play and pre-match 

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for someone with strong sports betting knowledge, analytical capability, and a keen understanding of sportsbook vulnerabilities. 

• Extensive experience in the trading function of a top-tier sportsbook

• Demonstrated ability to identify sharp betting strategies and patterns 

• Experience in customer profiling or a related role within sports betting 

• Strong understanding of market dynamics, pricing movements, and volatility 

• Awareness of bonus/promotion exploitation strategies 

• Familiarity with online betting communities and tools used by advantage players 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Amplitude) a plus 

• Deep subject matter expertise in US sports and sportsbook operations
