Job Description

As an AI Engineer, you will research, design, and deploy AI solutions, collaborating with teams to implement scalable Machine Learning Models and algorithms for the Business.

Platform Innovation is a newly formed technology department at the forefront of innovation and research, dedicated to pushing the boundaries of technological advancements.

We are creating a dynamic and diverse team that drives our mission of producing ground-breaking advancements within our field. You will be highly motivated and visionary, as we continue to expand and evolve the department.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement state-of-the-art AI solutions, ensuring the integration and scalability of our platforms. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of AI technologies, while contributing to the continuous development of the Business.

This position is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent professional experience, in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or in a related field.
  • Experience in designing and implementing Machine Learning Models and algorithms.
  • Strong understanding of statistical modelling, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Knowledge of Machine Learning frameworks and libraries including TensorFlow and PyTorch.
  • Experience with data pre-processing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Curiosity and desire to learn, with a keen interest in staying up to date with the latest AI and Machine Learning technologies.
