As an AgentOps Tech Lead, you will be the senior technical authority for our new AgentOps team.
The AgentOps department empowers Business functions through the strategic design, development, deployment, and lifecycle management of advanced AI-powered solutions. We are looking for an individual with a blend of deep technical expertise, a passion for mentoring, and a commitment to driving technical excellence.
In this pivotal role, you will be the team's lead engineer, responsible for mentoring other engineers, setting technical standards, guiding architectural design and ensuring the delivery of robust, scalable, and secure AI agents and workflows.
The listed salary for this position is $125,000 - $155,000 annually.
