Role Overview

The Affiliate Manager is responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and developing relationships with affiliate partners to drive quality traffic and revenue. The role combines commercial negotiation, campaign performance analysis, and cross-team collaboration to optimise CPA and RevShare models and ensure sustained partner growth. This is a results-driven position that requires both strong analytical capability and the ability to build lasting, high-value partnerships in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop relationships with affiliate partners;
  • Search for and onboard new affiliate partners and traffic sources;
  • Monitor affiliate traffic quality and performance metrics;
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize CPA/RevShare models;
  • Coordinate promotions, campaigns and marketing activities with partners;
  • Negotiate commercial terms and maintain long-term partnerships;
  • Work closely with CRM, analytics and sportsbook teams to improve partner performance;
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends;
  • Prepare regular performance reports and forecasts;
  • Any other tasks that arise from Direct Manager.
  • Experience in affiliate marketing, account management or similar role;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills;
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail;
  • Experience working with traffic sources and performance metrics;
  • Ability to manage multiple partners and projects simultaneously;
  • Fluent English communication skills;
  • Responsibility and proactive attitude.
